Low-Carb Frying Pan Bread

This bread is ready in less than 5 minutes, it is very easy and quick. This is a fantastic recipe, which can be complemented with the filling you want, sweet or salty. With a fluffy dough inside and hard on the outside, you can have beautiful homemade gluten-free bread every morning to go with that warm coffee.

2 eggs
1 tablespoon full of sweet polvilho
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 tablespoon flaxseed or oatmeal
½ teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of salt

Beat the eggs well and add the remaining ingredients. Mix well. Bake in skillet (14 cm), greased with olive oil, on low heat. Once it gets more stable, flip it.
Keep the frying pan with lid to bake completely, without burning.

TIP: To add protein to your bread, you can change the flaxseed flour to oilseed flour (almond, coconut, chestnut).
